About the Role: Graduate Trainee
As a Graduate Trainee at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role as a Managed Services Service Desk Agent. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and vendors, handling calls, chat requests, tickets, and mailbox management to ensure seamless IT support.

Key Responsibilities
- Incident Management: Receive, log, validate, and diagnose client requests across NTT DATA’s product and service offerings.
- Ticket Resolution: Utilize product knowledge and standard operating procedures to provide first-call resolution.
- Client Support: Offer timely updates on ticket status, escalate complex issues, and collaborate with resolver groups for faster solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Service Quality: Ensure a professional level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Attributes
- Passion for IT and a strong willingness to learn.
- Problem-Solving Mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Communication Skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Team Player with excellent attention to detail.
- ITIL Knowledge and familiarity with network technologies (WAN, LAN, WLAN), Security, Cloud, and Collaboration Tools are a plus.
- Flexibility to Work in a 24x7 Shift Structure as per the defined roster.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications
- Education: Minimum 13 years of education with a Diploma in IT or a Graduate Degree.
- Certifications: ITIL v4 Foundation certification is preferred.
