About the Role: Analyst-Data Science
Key Responsibilities
- Understand overall business perspectives and conceptualize business problems into Data Science/ML roadmaps.
- Apply cutting-edge Data Science and Machine Learning techniques to drive efficiencies and process improvements.
- Conduct rigorous testing of algorithms and deliver measurable business value.
- Develop and debug Python-based Machine Learning codes using libraries such as pandas, numpy, nltk, and transformers.
- Research and deploy advanced NLP (Natural Language Processing) techniques for varied data sources.
- Validate and test machine learning models for performance and scalability.
- Derive insights from large-scale data and design scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in Data Science/Analytics.
- Proficiency in Python and its libraries (pandas, numpy, nltk, statsmodels, gensim, pyspark, spacy, transformers).
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL and Machine Learning techniques such as regression, classification, supervised/unsupervised learning, and deep learning.
- Strong data wrangling and visualization skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Transformers, LSTMs, CNNs, or fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, including linear algebra, Bayesian statistics, and group theory.
