Key Skills Required
- Proficiency in at least one frontend technology: HTML, CSS, JS, Angular, Flutter, React Native.
- Sound knowledge of server-side technologies: Java, C++, Python, Go.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge in the payment gateway domain is a plus.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to advise clients and collaborate with teams.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers, clients, and internal teams to provide technical support and consulting.
- Address technical queries related to APIs, plugins, and the Razorpay product suite.
- Communicate technical issues effectively to merchants and internal departments.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Level 2/3 support issues while enhancing merchant experience.
- Report bugs or issues to Product/Software Engineering teams via Jira and assist in resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM tools like FreshDesk, ensuring regular updates and resolution tracking.
- Act as a technical advocate and knowledge expert for Razorpay products and implementations.
- Travel to client sites, if necessary, to resolve complex customer and integration issues.
